The Herron Creek Development
consists of four, fully wooded, riverfront building sites, each approximately 2.
4 acres in size.
They run perpendicular to M-22 and parallel with the Elberta Resort Road. Each
site borders on the Herron Creek, which joins the Upper and Lower Herring Lakes.
The parcels are within a mile of three, Land Conservancy projects and walking
distance to a Lower Herring Lake Public Access Site.
The sites are located between the villages of Elberta and Arcadia within a mile
of the Lake Michigan coastline, approximately three miles south of Elberta on
M-22, which is designated as one of Michigan's Scenic Highways.
